Hello, I'm Phoenix. I started my decorating passion in FFXIV about two years ago, and have fallen in love with the hobby ever since.I started out with decorating my personal apartments, and various private chambers, now actively taking on commissions and working to fill out my portfolio.I believe that everyone has to start somewhere, and I'm willing to open up my work to branch out to accepting other commissions. I would be happy to work with you. I am very laid back and approachable, so even if you'd like to chat while I take on a design for you, I'm more than happy to.

Themes I can do: Nature, Cozy, Modern, Dark/Moody, Gothic, Cottage, Hingan, Amaurot, Floral/Pastel. I'm also willing to take on other types of designs.The base fee does not include furniture cost. Please have enough gil on hand for your particular build.Standard furnishing fee is on average, what is required for most of the builds I do. Medium and Large houses may require a higher furnishing budget, due to item slots and detail. You can discuss with me how much you are willing to spend on furnishing.Payment for the base fee and furnishing fee is to be paid upfront.Any unused gil will be returned to you.If you prefer to craft, I will list for you items needed.Reference pictures are required, to ensure I have the best idea of what you wish for.There are limitations for items such as Doman Enclave, Bozja, etc. If you wish for me to use these, you must have these items on hand and available in the estate.Any furniture that is unused will be placed in storage.Minor edits are allowed once I have started the project, but major edits must be requested beforehand. Up to a maximum of three edits in total. Please make sure you are as detailed as possible.Payment is in Gil only.I do not do OOB/void builds.Please do not tamper with any furnishings while I am working.Refund/Cancellation Policy:If for any reason I am unable to complete your design, I will inform you asap, and a full refund will be given to you, as well as the work I have been able to complete, up until that point.If you need to cancel the commission, refunds will be given depending on the amount of work and hours I have put into the design. For example: If the planning and process is about 50% completed, a refund of 50% will be given. If I have just started the process, you will receive a full refund.Estimated time for completion:Small - 1 week
Medium - 1.5 weeks
Large - 2 weeks*Note: Times may vary. Please be patient with me while I work, as I do have my own personal schedule. These timeframes are a rough estimate, as I do not like to rush my process.Rush orders for completing work within 3-4 days will be double the cost.I reserve the right to refuse any type of commission if I am uncomfortable completing that particular build.Please provide proper credit to me if I complete a build for you. Please do not claim it as your own.Please keep in mind I cannot take on commissions on congested worlds if I do not have an alt there.
